Cannot take pictures with Flash with the Mophie Juice Pack Plus case on your Iphone 4 or 4S! : Mophie Juice Pack Plus Case and Rechargeable Battery for iPhone 4 Retail Packaging (Black)
Mophie has given me great extended life on my old iPhone 3gs, so I though I would get their Juice Pack Plus for my new 4S.
The case is well made, though bulky, and gives you the extended battery life that they claim, but the biggest problem I have with it is that whenever you take a photo using flash, the case reflects the flash back into the camera lens so badly that it makes all of your pictures look milky white! This problem is most noticeable when taking pictures at night or with dark backgrounds.
Whats even worse is that if you call Mophie Support, you usually have to leave a message, and when they do get around to calling you back, which they eventually do, if you tell them about this issue, they deny it completely. They will offer you a refund, but they won't admit to their incredible design flaw. It's too bad, because for everything else, it is a great case.
